| Notices of the Board's decisions are published in the Gazette as required by section 1296 of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act). Copies of Notices of Decision published in the Gazette are also published in the Board's Annual Report each year.
Copies of decisions published since the Board's last Annual Report (2010) are located in the Business Gazette. Since the issue of its 2010 Annual Report the Board has published notices of its decisions in the Business Gazette issued on the following dates:

Since 1 January 2008 section 1296(1B) of the Act has given the Board the power to take such steps as it considers reasonable and appropriate to publicise its decisions to exercise its powers under section 1292 and the reasons for its decisions.
